"If only.."

    This is the key phrase to failure- "if only".  Every time we fail, we utter "if only". If only this had not happened! if only I had done differently.  If only he helped me. If only....if only and so on. 

   We are in habit of putting too much mental concentration on "if only".  Change this key word from your mental setup.  This will help in overcoming failure thinking.  Just replace this "if only" with a new phrase "next time.." and see results for yourself.  Next time you fail, instead of using "if only.." try using "next time.."!  Good luck.
